Well my trip to Atlanta is turning into a bust professionally and personally. Our Proof of Concept testing isn't going anywhere and I haven't had time to exersize. I'll just have to get it done in 32 weeks.
Sick week one, work week two...you're right, we should have started in November. (I just wanted to try out the Comments area...cool.)
It's Friday and I'm starting a weeks vacation this afternoon. I'm health and I'm ready. Got 3 miles in this AM. WOW.. I can't wait.
Remember, you can't make up for the downtime. Slow build. Make sure you strengthen your shins, every other day or third day. Need to find a good exercise or two. Since we both have shin problems, this would make a good post. Baseball is going to consume a bunch of time, a real scheduling battle, with work. Yes, I do work too....
